Tejas Vishe has joined HCLTech as a Cybersecurity Specialist, bringing over 8 years of experience in network security and secure infrastructure management. He is known for his expertise in safeguarding enterprise environments across on-premises and hybrid cloud setups, while continuously improving security operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Prior to this, he worked as a Security Administrator at Safran, where he was responsible for maintaining secure and efficient data center and cloud operations. With a proactive approach, he identified risks, mitigated threats, and managed incident response and firewall configurations, ensuring strong security posture and performance.
Tejas has also contributed to leading organizations such as Wipro, Accenture, KServe, gaining diverse industry exposure.
His technical expertise spans across major security and networking technologies, including firewalls like Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Juniper; cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS; and tools like Splunk, Wireshark, AlgoSec, and ServiceNow. He also has hands-on experience with load balancers (F5), VPN gateways (Pulse Secure), and enterprise networking systems from Cisco and Aruba.
